Manufacturer Parts Coverage
Replacement parts (Screens, Keyboards, SSDs, RAM, Power Adapters) are covered strictly as per the official Brand Manufacturer Duration.
Travel Charge Terms
Warranty service labor is ₹0. Doorstep technician visit carries nominal ₹10/km petrol charge (eff. 01-08-2026). Lab drop-off is ₹0.

Detailed SLA Terms & Customer Guidelines
1. Labor Service Warranty (7 Days)
Chip-level repair labor carries a 7 calendar-day labor warranty from the invoice date. If the exact same issue recurs within 7 days, technician diagnostic and re-servicing labor charges are 100% waived.
2. Hardware Parts Brand Warranty (Minimum 6 Days SLA)
Replacement hardware components (Keyboards, Screens, SSDs, RAM, Power Adapters) carry warranty strictly as per the respective manufacturer’s official duration. Standard manufacturer RMA claim fulfillment requires a minimum of 6 working days. For customers requiring urgent same-day turnaround (24–48 hours), an optional express replacement processing fee of ₹600 applies.
3. Travel & Pickup Policy (Effective 1st August 2026)
Prior to 1st August 2026, doorstep pickup and drop visits were complimentary. Effective 1st August 2026, while service labor remains completely FREE under valid warranty claims, doorstep technician dispatch carries a nominal ₹10/km petrol charge. Direct lab drop-offs at our main ESD facility carry zero travel fees.
4. Warranty Exclusion Conditions
Warranty coverage is void in cases of physical cracks/drops after repair, liquid spills, burned components due to high electrical voltage power surges, or tampered warranty security seals.
